The Cage – SD was born from a simple need: finding a dependable, affordable place to train. After relocating to San Diego four years ago, I struggled to get consistent reps and noticed my at-bats were slipping. I wanted a place to grind.
The Cage is built to be that space: reliable, accessible, and rooted in community.
Whether you're chasing performance or just staying sharp, this is your spot to put in extra work without paying premium prices. It’s a solo-run venture, created to support my wife and daughter, and it’s driven by the same love for the game that got me hooked as a kid.
